1. Acceptance of Terms

  • This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Into The Stands at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must uninstall the app if it is in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content that you post to the app, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content to the app, you grant Into The Stands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content on or through the service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms;
  • The posting of your content on or through the app does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

5. Content Standards

Users must not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the provisions highlighted in your original document regarding objectionable content, intellectual property infringement, and the sovereignty and integrity of India.

6. Changes to the App

Into The Stands reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
